It's (look out, it's a big name) the Coalition pour la promotion de la langue française et de la culture francophone en Saskatchewan that launched the "Je suis bilingue - I don't excuse my French" initiative. The group aims to promote all the benefits of French and how to practice it in the province of Saskatchewan.
